These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of digital products through this website (the “Store”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

The Store sells digital e-books in downloadable electronic format. The products are intended for the personal, non-commercial use of the purchaser. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Hungarian forint (HUF) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

4. Placing an order

When you complete checkout and your payment is authorised, a binding contract is formed between you and the Seller. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail together with access to your download.

5. Delivery of digital products

Because the products are digital, delivery is electronic and normally immediate: a download link is made available on the order confirmation page and/or sent to the e-mail address you provided. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Digital content supplied immediately is, by its nature, subject to limits on the statutory right of withdrawal once download or use has begun. Your rights and the circumstances in which a refund may be granted are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Licence and intellectual property

The e-books and all content of this Store are protected by copyright and remain the property of their respective rights holders. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read the e-book. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or share the files, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to circumvent any technical measures protecting the products.

9. Limitation of liability

The products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.

12. Governing law and contact
