Refund & Returns Policy
This policy explains when a refund may be available for purchases made in this Store. Our products are digital e-books delivered electronically, so traditional “returns” of a physical item do not apply.
1. Digital products and the right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal (the usual 14-day cooling-off period) generally does not apply once you have started to download or access the file, because you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal at that point. You confirm this when you complete your purchase.
2. When we will issue a refund
We want you to be satisfied. We will provide a refund if:
- the file is faulty, corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement; or
- you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same order; or
- you have not yet downloaded or accessed the e-book and ask to cancel.
3. When we cannot offer a refund
- After the e-book has been successfully downloaded or accessed, except in the cases above.
- Where a request is based only on a change of mind after download.
4. How to request a refund
E-mail antal.fekete@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We may ask for details (for example a screenshot) to help us resolve it.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider (Stripe). Once approved, it can take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
