Shipping & Delivery

All products in this Store are digital e-books. There is no physical shipment, and no shipping fees apply.

1. How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, your e-book is delivered electronically:

• a download link is shown on the order confirmation page; and
• a confirmation e-mail with your download is sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is normally immediate. In rare cases (for example if a payment needs manual review), it may take a little longer; if anything seems delayed, please contact us.

3. File format and access

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide at checkout is correct, and check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the confirmation. The download is intended for your personal use under the licence described in our Terms & Conditions.

4. Didn’t receive your download?

If you completed payment but did not receive your e-book, contact antal.fekete@gmail.com with your order number and we will get it to you.
